A €15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit must be paid within 2 days after booking.
If the payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
If your appointment takes place within 2 days, the deposit must be paid before your appointment starts. Please note that the €15 deposit will be deducted from the total appointment price. Your appointment is only officially confirmed after the deposit has been received.
Please arrive on time, without eye makeup and with clean lashes.
Arriving with dirty lashes, mascara residue, leftover lash glue from cluster lashes or strip lashes may affect retention and could result in an additional cleaning fee or cancellation of the appointment.
To ensure the best results:
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment
• Avoid bringing extra guests unless discussed beforehand
• Inspiration photos are always welcome
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged an additional €5 late fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required in order to book a new appointment.
In case of a no-show, the full appointment amount must be paid before booking another appointment.
Refills after more than 3 weeks will be charged as a new set.
Please arrive with clean lashes for your refill appointment. If you arrive with mascara or leftover glue from cluster lashes/strip lashes, it may not be possible to perform a refill. In that case, the lashes may need to be fully removed and a new set will be required.
A 3-day guarantee is included on all lash sets. If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 3 days after your appointment.
The guarantee is only valid if:
• You arrived with clean lashes
• Proper aftercare instructions were followed
• The lashes were not exposed to self-inflicted damage
The guarantee does not cover:
• self-inflicted damage
• Natural shedding
• Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritation
Please inform me before your appointment if you have:
• Sensitive eyes
• Allergies
• Previous reactions to lash extensions or lash glue
It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions before the appointment.
Although every effort is made to work safely and hygienically, results and retention may vary from person to person.
